Coach Armstead has been part of the Underdogs from 2008. As a volunteer spreading his football knowledge, he served as the head coach and defensive coordinator almost from day one. He’s originally from Hayfork, California and played in his football career for Maranatha Baptist Bible College, a Div. 3 school in Wisconsin.

Coach Hearn came to us from Knoxville, Tennessee . He Attended and played football at Furman University for a partial year. Have been doing volunteer work with new Israeli immigrant assistance and needy family assistance since 2001 in Haifa and northern Israel.
Coach Hearn joined the Underdogs in 2008, First as a player and then he joined the coaching staff as the Offensive and Defensive line coach. He helped coaching the the Reali Rams in their inaugural season to a 2011 to playoff appearance and led the team as the head coach to 2nd place in the IHFL in the 2012-2013 season.
Niv has been one of the founding fathers of the Underdogs Football program. He has been a role model and a leader to both veteran and rookie players, who look up to him as the captain of the adult team. He played at different positions, most notably the linebacker position and today serves as the CEO of Underdogs Football Operations.
Niv has joined the coaching staff starting the 2016-17 season as Haifa's linebackers coach.
Joined the team during the 2013-14 season after playing several years for a flag football team in Jerusalem.
He's been a starter since day one, playing multiply position - wide receiver, defensive back and return specialist. Finished his career with 136 receptions, 1484 yards and 31 touchdowns as a receiver. was among the Israeli national team in it's 2015 campaign in Spain.
Nimrod will act as the wide receivers coach starting 2015-16 season.
Roy has been an active player on the team since 2010. During the 2014 off season he decided to change course and become a member of the Underdogs staff.
Roy stared the 2014 season as a manager and assistant coach for the special teams coordinator.
During the 2014 season, Roy and the rest of the staff were selected for the IFL Coaching Staff of the Year award.
BPT (B.Sc. Physiotherapy) at the University of Haifa 2009-2013 Orthopedic physiotherapist at a private clinic since January 2014.
Inna has been working with the Haifa Underdogs since 2013, during that time she worked with injured players during their recovery process and was present on-field to take care of live-action injuries during the game.
